❤ All items in the photo album are pre-order items.
❤ In the event of cancellation after you make a payment, then the money is not refundable as payment has been made to the vendor for you orders.
❤ We do not provide refunds or exchange on goods that have been purchased
❤ Stock of merchandise is not guaranteed due to possible delays or cancellations of certain products by our vendors. All out of stock products purchased will be refunded in full if payment has been received by us for it.
❤ All product information is provided by the vendor that supplies/manufacture the products, and are subjected to accuracy as maintained by them.
❤ We have tried to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
❤ The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in ringgits. Gloomy Shop has the rights to make changes to the price and cancel any order subject to price discrepancy.

How to Order
Step 1
Place your order by sending ur inquiries to our facebook inbox.
Step 2
Please write down the item codes and details as below:
code--item name--colour--amount--price
Step 3
Wait for our confirmation by return message on your order and the total amount to be paid.We will try to get back to you at our soonest once we have received your orders =)
Step 4
You will receive a confirmation from us that we have receive your of order, and postage you have to pay will be sent to you for your onward payment arrangement
Step 5
You are expected to pay the full amount of your ordered items and respective postage fee. Please pay before closing date or your order will be cancelled.
Step 6
After closing date, please wait for 3 weeks for the stock to arrive. Buyer can check their order list, stock out item and tracking no. from this page : Order List + Tracking No.

FAQ
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Yes, you may cancel an order after you've placed it with us if payment has not been made for your order. All paid orders are confirmed and not subjected to cancellation unless merchandise is out of stock.

Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes, if payment has not being made by your side. As we will not place order with vendor without your payment received.

Do you take international order?
No, we only shipped in Malaysia.

Can I make purchases through phone order, fax or email?
Sorry, at the moment we're only accepting orders by facebook inbox only.
